Peachtree Childtown receives financial donations as a 501(c)(3) not for profit corporation. Donations to Peachtree Childtown may be deductible for income tax purposes. Under current tax laws, only the amount of your donation that exceeds the amount of goods or services provided to you is tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Peachtree Childtown provides no goods or services in return for donations.

Donations to Peachtree Childtown will be used to purchase required educational items to reach Center of Distinction and NAEYC certification. Childtown serves 95 families from various ethnic groups throughout the metro-Atlanta area.

The two highest priorities for donations are 1) an immediate need for $10,000 to purchase and maintain learning tools to meet Center of Distinction criteria in every classroom. Specific areas for donations include ongoing cash for new books and learning tools, enrichment programs, including art, music, and outside equipment, and 2) $50,000 for playground surface materials required by Bright from the Start for licensing. Your donations to Peachtree Childtown are used to enhance the program of services to over 95 children and their families. Financial support of Peachtree Childtown is always appreciated. Childtown also seeks to tap corporate donations to increase the foundations fund from which scholarships are awarded based on interest earned. Childtown welcomes needed scholarship and building enhancement funds from interested donors. Due recognition and formal recognition provided.

One such fund is The Hank Stone Memorial Fund, a special fund dedicated to enabling Childtown to offer services to children with special needs and to afford them learning opportunities in an inclusive, mutually beneficial environment with typically developing children. This environment of inclusion, acceptance, and love benefits all the participants. Specific areas targeted by this fund are teacher training, adaptive equipment and educational supplies, financial scholarships, and parental skills development. Contributions to this fund may be made payable to Peachtree Childtown, marked "For the Hank Stone Memorial Fund," and sent to the address below.
