Fees / Fees Schedule

The fee schedule as of January 1, 2007 is as follows:

Application fee is non-refundable. Application requests placement on waiting list to be considered when openings occur in requested age group. Application does not guarantee admission.

Tuition is payable monthly by the 1st day of the month. Fee is a weekly charge times the number of Mondays in the month. A charge of $25.00 is applied if paid after the 3rd of the month. Parents supply all personal items: diapers, wipes, blankets, clothing, sunscreen, diaper cream, special foods for diet restrictions.

Supply fee is $8.00 monthly. The supply fee is applied to cost of classroom materials and parenting and child development publications.

Center is open all year round. Holiday closings are: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and other days specified by Childtown from time to time including two days in-service for staff.

Childtown hours are: 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Parents are expected to arrive at the center by 6:15 p.m. in order to adequately communicate with the caregiver, pick up information, check for next day supplies needed and be able for child and parent to leave by 6:30 p.m. A charge for late pick-up after 6:30 p.m., is $5.00 for first 5 minutes, $5.00 for each minute thereafter.

Meals and snacks served are included in tuition. Breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon snacks are provided and included in fees. Admission policies are non-discriminatory in regard to race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, or gender.

Peachtree Childtown is a not-for-profit 501-C-3 Corporation and a Signature Outreach Ministry of Peachtree Christian Church.

Childtown seeks to continue low ratios of children to staff, meet requirements of Center of Distinction and NAEYC, keep experienced and well educated staff, and provide a high level of educational and creative experiences for its children. Fee increases are held to a minimum.
