Tuition and Fees

Our application fee is nonrefundable. Once you apply, your child’s name is placed on our waiting list to be considered when openings occur in the appropriate age group. Application does not guarantee admission.

Tuition is payable monthly by the 1st day of the month. The fee is based on a weekly charge and averaged out over the 52 week year. A late charge of $25 is applied to your account if tuition is paid after the 5th.

Our supply fee is $10 monthly. It funds our Kindermusik program and some additional consumable classroom materials. Parents provide all personal items: diapers, wipes, blankets, clothing, sunscreen, diaper cream, and special foods for restricted diets.

The Center is open year round Holiday closings are available on the website. They include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday following Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Two other staff work days are identified during each school term.

Childtown opens for children at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 6:30 p.m. Parents are expected to arrive at the center by or before 6:15 p.m. to allow time to communicate with the caregiver, pick up any needed information, and check for supplies needed the next day so that they are ready to leave by 6:30. The charge for late pick-up is $5 for the first 5 minutes and $5 for each minute thereafter.

Meals and snacks are included in the tuition. Childtown provides a nutritious breakfast, morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack.
